If you have received a Kindergarten offer from the New York City Department of Education to attend PS 59 in September, please complete the registration forms below.  Along with the completed registration forms, you must provide a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport, their immunization record and 2 proofs of address (see "Registration Checklist" in the forms below for proper proofs of address). Please email all documents to Jhoven Rojas at jrojas33@schools.nyc.gov.  

Families must accept or decline their offer in their Myschools.nyc account by May 3rd.  Once you accept your offer, you will have until June 14th to register your child at PS 59.

*If you are a zoned family and are interested in applying to PS 59 for 1st through 5th grades for September, please email the Parent Coordinator, Kathleen King at kking6@schools.nyc.gov.
